Delivery & Returns Policy

Delivery in the UK

For all of our DYEHOUSE products we have one of two delivery services;

1. White glove service – for larger furniture; Our white glove service is where you will have a two-man delivery service. Your furniture will be delivered to your desired location in your home or garden, assembled for you and any packaging will be removed. Prior to this, we will call a few days before to arrange a convenient delivery date and time.

“Heavy” goods delivery: £45.00

“Super heavy” goods delivery: £95.00 

Most of our furniture is made to order and lead times are usually 4-6 weeks. Please contact our office for more information.

2. Courier – for smaller pieces of furniture and accessories; With our smaller designs and accessories we use Royal Mail for our delivery service. You can expect your product within 3-5 working days for in stock smaller items. 

Standard delivery on small goods: £5.95

Next day delivery on small goods: £7.95

Returns in the UK

We do not accept returns on any bespoke orders, ex-display or samples unless the product is faulty. In stock items can be returned within 14 days providing they are in their original packaging, without any signs of use. If the product is faulty a full refund can be offered or we can organise a replacement.

Parcels are returned at your own cost and we are only responsible for your parcel once it has been received into our office. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned. If you have identified the fault within 30 days of your purchase, you can return the item under our normal return procedure for exchange or refund. 

International Orders
